Refund Policy

1. Overview

AllListed is a done-for-you startup directory submission service. Once we begin working on your order, we start preparing and sending submissions to multiple external directories and launch platforms. Because this work cannot be "undone" once completed, our ability to offer refunds is limited, as explained below.

2. All sales are generally final

When you purchase the Service and we start the submission process:

  • We immediately begin work preparing your startup information for multiple directories.
  • We submit your details to third-party sites that operate independently of AllListed.
  • Those submissions cannot be reversed or "taken back" once sent.

For these reasons, we do not offer automatic refunds for orders that are in progress or completed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that the Service is largely non-reversible once the work has started.

3. If you have an issue with your order

We want you to have a good experience, even though we cannot always offer a refund. If you believe there is a problem with your order or the way the Service was delivered, please contact us and include:

  • Your order details.
  • A short description of the issue or what you feel went wrong.
  • Any relevant examples or evidence (for example, clear mismatch between what was advertised and what was delivered).

We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

4. What we may offer instead of a refund

While we do not guarantee refunds, we do want to be fair. Depending on the situation, and at our sole discretion, we may offer:

  • A discount on a future order or additional services to help you get more value.
  • A partial credit toward another submission package or related services.
  • Adjustments or improvements to your current submission where feasible, such as refining copy or updating details for future submissions.

Any such remedies are discretionary and depend on the specific facts of your case, including how much work has already been completed.

5. Cases where refunds are not available

We generally cannot offer refunds in cases such as:

  • Change of mind after we have already begun preparing or sending submissions.
  • Rejection, removal, or editorial changes made by third-party directories or platforms, as these decisions are outside of our control.
  • Outcomes that are not guaranteed, such as specific traffic levels, sales, SEO results, or rankings.

That said, if you feel something went wrong, you are always welcome to reach out so we can see if there is another way to improve your experience.

6. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction. If those rights apply to you, they may provide you with additional protections beyond what is described here.
