1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using AllListed's startup directory submission service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service description

AllListed provides a done-for-you submission service that helps list your startup on multiple directories and launch platforms. You provide the information about your startup, and we use that information to submit to relevant sites on your behalf. We do not control whether third-party directories approve, reject, or remove your listing, nor can we guarantee specific traffic, sales, or ranking outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Your responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree that you:

• Will provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your startup.
• Have all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to submit the content you provide (including logos, images, and copy).
• Will not submit content that is misleading, unlawful, infringing on third-party rights, or that violates any applicable directory's rules.
• Are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and policies of any third-party directories or platforms to which we submit on your behalf.

5. Payments and refunds

Fees for the Service are due at the time of purchase and are clearly displayed before you complete checkout.

• All sales are generally final once we begin the submission process, because the work of preparing and submitting your startup to directories cannot be undone.
• We do not offer automatic refunds for completed or in-progress submissions.
• If you believe there is an issue with the Service you received, you can contact us, and we will review your case. At our sole discretion, we may offer alternatives such as a discount on future services, a partial credit, or other ways to improve your experience.

6. No guarantees

While we make a reasonable effort to submit your startup to the number and type of directories described on our website, we do not guarantee approvals, rankings, traffic, or any specific business outcomes. Each directory or platform maintains its own editorial standards and may accept, modify, or reject submissions at its sole discretion.

7. Intellectual property

AllListed retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including our branding, website design, and content, except for the content you submit about your startup. You retain ownership of your own content but grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the Service and perform submissions on your behalf.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Promote illegal, harmful, or deceptive products or services.
• Infringe on any intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Circumvent, probe, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
• Engage in spam, abuse, or any behavior that could damage the reputation of directories or AllListed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllListed will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllListed from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party, including directories or platforms to which we submit your startup.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles, to the extent that those laws do not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence.
